Mike is a qualified chartered surveyor, with a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading and over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management.
He is responsible for the Gresham House real estate strategies and managed 6,000 units of which 2,400 are Shared Ownership units.
With a background originating in healthcare investment, he co-founded MedicX, a leading UK healthcare investor w/ GBP c 1.5bn AUM.
He has held previous positions as CEO and Chairman of the Octopus Healthcare business and Chairman of Shoreline Partners, a specialist healthcare asset manager.

Burak holds a BSc in Statistics, and a MSc in Investment and Finance and completed an MBA from Warwick Business School more recently in 2015. He has nearly two decades of experience in the residential investment sector, both as a principal and advisor and he has a strong focus on social housing.
He currently holds the role of Investment Principal at Gresham House in the Social Housing division and has supported the completion of £1.5bn+ residential investments to date.
In a previous role at Assettrust Housing, Burak was in charge of corporate finance activities and he played an instrumental role in deplying c.£250mn in affordable housing assets. Prior to this, he spent over eight years in the advisory sector and held director-level roles at JLL and Avison Young before co-founding Crescom Partners Ltd. in 2021.

Kevin is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of real estate investment and development experience, having overseen in excess of £1bn+ in real estate transactions.
Leading finance and investment strategies in real estate development, he is adept in structuring real estate transactions, originating opportunities, raising investment equity from PE, FO and institutions across the cap-stack.
He is highly experienced in delivering S106 affordable housing as part of complex planning consents.. With a strong interest in affordable housing, Kevin is board member for a Housing Charity and Not for Profit RP.
